To initiate a request for return or exchange, including defective or incorrect items, please

rootsandleisure.com within 24 hours of receiving the item(s), mentioning the reason for request, any item details, and context for us to review them. - ensure that the item(s) for exchange are sent back in unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged conditions.
